Training that fits your life

Three ways to train — pick one or mix them

The best workout is the one that actually happens. Choose whatever removes the most friction from your week.

  • In your home

Living room, garage, or backyard. I arrive with dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and a mat. You need a spot the size of a yoga mat.

    In-home training
  • Outdoors, near you

October through May, we can train at a verified park close to home — Oak Point in Plano, Bonnie Wenk in McKinney, Celebration Park in Allen, and more.

  • Online, anywhere

A program built for your equipment and schedule, weekly check-ins, and live video sessions. Great on its own or alongside in-home sessions.

Who I work with

Coaching for real people with real schedules

Most of my clients aren't athletes. They're adults in North Dallas who want to feel stronger and have tried the gym, the app, and the class.

Meet Meghan

Hi, I'm Meghan.

I'm a personal trainer and fitness coach based in North Dallas. I started Fit with Meghan because most people who want to get stronger don't need a gym, a bootcamp, or someone yelling — they need a clear plan, a coach who pays attention, and a workout that fits into a real week.

I coach beginners, busy professionals, and people with weight-loss or strength goals, in their homes, at local parks, and online across Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, and Carrollton. Every plan starts with a free, no-pressure conversation.

How it works

From first conversation to first session

No contracts to sign at the consultation, no pressure, and nothing to prepare.

  1. 1

    Free consultation

A relaxed 20-minute conversation by video or at your home. Your goal, your history, your schedule, your questions.

  2. 2

    Assessment & plan

Your first session is a movement assessment. I build a written program that starts where you actually are.

  3. 3

    Train & progress

Two coached sessions a week, a simple between-session plan, weekly check-ins, and a program that changes as you do.

Questions

Things people ask before they book

Short answers here; the full FAQ covers pricing, policies, and what to expect at every step.

What happens at the free consultation?

A relaxed 20-minute conversation, by video or at your home. I ask about your goal, your history with exercise, any injuries or health conditions, your schedule, and where you'd like to train. You ask me anything you want. If I think I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. There's no pressure and nothing to sign. Book one here.

Do you really come to my house?

Yes. In-home means your living room, garage, backyard, or apartment. I bring adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, a mat, and sliders. You need a clear space about the size of a yoga mat. See in-home personal training.

How often should I train with you?

Two coached sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people, and it matches federal guidelines calling for muscle-strengthening activity at least two days a week. Beginners should stick with two for at least eight weeks; once technique is solid, one coached session plus solo workouts works well. More on how often to work with a trainer.

How much does personal training cost?

In-home sessions are priced per session with lower rates for weekly packages; online coaching is a flat monthly fee. I walk through the options at your free consultation so you know exactly what training would cost for your goal. See the pricing page for what affects cost, and the blog for Dallas-area market ranges.
